Le Depot Brasserie is situated in the historic original train depot for park city. An authentic French Brasserie open for lunch, brunch and dinner, with fantastic outdoor dining and Apres Ski.
Le Depot Brasserie‘s Commitment to Sustainability
We support our local food and beverage producers and have a robust recycling program including glass, plastic, cardboard, paper and metal. We compost food waste and recycle oil. On the administrative side, we recycle ink, batteries, and electronics. Whilst our building was originally built in 1884, we have newly renovated the property including incorporating many green initiatives into the design to make it more efficient with climate, energy and water usage.
